Highlight:  Consolidating numerous finance, human resources and supply chain management processes and systems across 13 different hospitals was our goal.   Implementing PeopleSoft was our method.  Creating the system, training the users and managing change was the task. 

Challenge:  Transitions are difficult when users are motivated.  Our team’s driver was to convince users of the benefits of the new environment.  Trust that their work would be accomplished in the new system after learning how to use it was where we began our initiative.
