Audrey has over 15 years of experience in designing, developing and delivering training and managing teams for a wide spectrum of audiences. Her desire to make every learner and project successful, coupled with a creative tenacity to make any task effective and enjoyable, provides for successful project completion and satisified co-workers and clients.
In changing focus to adults with special abilities, Audrey incorporated her love of teaching, empowering and supporting learners into workforce development. Witnessing the cultural changes in businesses with inclusive workforces and the deep relational connections made with adults with special abilities, she is looking to scale this model and replicate it in local businesses.
During her time as Director at the Nebraska Sustainable Agriculture Society, Audrey helped secure over $200K in grant funding by crafting compelling stories that connected with funders and community partners. She launched seven new programs while working alongside five local nonprofits, bringing together diverse voices to amplify sustainable agriculture messaging across Nebraska. Her community-focused approach led to 21 educational events that engaged 714 participants, creating genuine learning experiences and lasting connections between rural and urban communities. Through this work, Audrey honed her ability to take complex agricultural concepts and make them accessible to everyone—turning ideas into action that makes a real difference.
